NC TRIO Programs Celebrate 40 Years
Feb. 23-27
NC TRIO Programs will celebrate the 40th National TRIO Day beginning Feb.23-27 with a series of events to include hosting student and staff TRIO alumni spotlights on social media, academic workshops, two community service projects.
Scholars will participate in Read-In at the N.C. A&T Child Development Lab on Feb. 25 at 11 a.m. and deliver collected toiletry items to the Aggie Source on Friday, Feb. 27 at 1:30 p.m. The culminating event will be a National TRIO Day Information Drop-In session in the Student Center lobby on Friday, Feb. 27 from 11-1 p.m.
N.C. A&T State University has four TRIO Programs-Educational Talent Search, Upward Bound, Student Support Services, and Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program.
