The Office of Intercultural Engagement will host the Science of Spirituality on Friday, Sept. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Student Center's Deese Ballroom Room 205.
Learn to engage in practices that enhance well-being, including meditation, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, singing bowls and gratitude. This event is free.
