Swipe Out Hunger

North Carolina A&T State University is supporting the fight against food insecurity by implementing the Swipe Out Hunger Meal Donation Program. A&T students can make an immediate difference by donating any unused meal plan swipes.

Students experiencing food insecurities are encouraged to apply for the meal donations. To apply for meals, students must be enrolled and registered for classes for the current semester. These meals will be added to your Aggie OneCard once the application is submitted and approved. Students can request up to ten (10) meals, and the meals will not roll over to the next semester. If the student does not use all meal donations at the end of the semester, those meals will be removed from the student account and placed back in the donation pool. 

Donate A Meal Swipe

Students can donate available unused meal swipes per week by using the GET App with their OneID. Also, the GET App tracks the number of weekly meals a student has remaining for the week. It is important to note, any meals donated will be reduced from the available meals remaining for that week. Additionally, meals on each plan refresh every Monday of each week. As such, Sunday evening may be an optimal to denote meals.

Request Meal Assistance

Students experiencing food insecurities are eligible to apply for meal swipe assistance. Students can apply by completing the online application. The completed application will be electronically submitted. You will be contacted within 24 hours of submitting your application.
