How to Reserve Your Study Room
Follow these simple steps to secure your space:
Step 1: Select Date
Choose either today or tomorrow for your reservation.
Step 2: Select Time
Pick your preferred time slot—up to 2 hours max.
Step 3: Select Location
Choose a SC-Meeting Room from the list of available spaces.
Step 4: Enter Event Name (Required)
Use your first and last name as the event name. (Example: John Doe)
Step 5: Save Reservation
Click Save to confirm your booking. You’re all set!

25Live Training for Registered Student Organizations
The University Event Center will offer RSO-specific 25Live training sessions prior to the scheduling window opening on May 25, 2026. These sessions are designed to help Registered Student Organizations successfully navigate the 25Live system and prepare to submit space requests.
Registration is required and must be completed through the 25Live pre‑assessment.
RSOs may attend any one of the training sessions listed below once the pre‑assessment has been submitted.
